Do I need to add leaves or other food for isopods, or does the substrate include everything needed to maintain isopods/springtails?

This can sustain isopods by itself, especially if the live plants shed leaves and your pet leaves droppings for them the eat. Adding food can help them establish faster though. We highly recommend adding leaves for pets with sensitive skin like White's tree frogs so they don't get dirty if they sit on the ground.

Is this substrate good for millipedes?

It can be used for millipedes, but we would recommend our Milli Mix more

Will millipedes alone make a good clan up crew?

Most recommend springtails as they eat mold faster.

Would this substrate work for a Red eyed crocodile skink if not what would you suggest?
