IBROCC USB C Adapter,USB C Hub with HDMI Output, SD and microSD Card Readers, 2 USB 3.0 Ports, for Google Chromebook Pixel, Samsung S8/S8 Plus -Gray

Gets super hot during use and interferes with my brand new MacBook's wireless connection. Once unplugged WiFi snaps back on and pages load super fast, but caused me more than a few unnecessary calls to IT to figure out it was my USB hub causing the issue. I don't feel safe leaving it plugged in with the heat and interference issues; it's not worth risking my $2000 computer to use a $20 adapter.

I had purchased two of this item a year ago for my job in order to transit to the new usb-c iMac. Today I got my new iMac and decided to open both boxes. Out of the box, one is not working. I have checked both ports on the Mac and they are working just this adapter is not working. I am so disappointed that I have wasted my money.

Can't charge + use hdmi at the same time.

The part HDMI is not working

I use this adapter with my 2018 macbook pro. With a receiver for a wireless mouse plugged into to the usb port with nothing else connected the mouse works fine, but when I have my monitor hooked up threw the HDMI port the mouse no longer functions.

HDMI from Mac Pro to TV worked first time I used it. Other functions not tested yet. Hope it lasts.
