I recently picked up the **Redmi Buds 6**, and I have to say, they are an impressive addition to the budget wireless earbuds market. Here's a breakdown of my experience:**Sound Quality:**The sound quality of the Redmi Buds 6 is surprisingly good for the price. The bass is punchy and deep, while the mids and highs are clear, providing an overall balanced audio experience. Whether I'm listening to music or watching videos, the sound is rich and satisfying. It's not audiophile-level, but for casual listening, it's more than enough.**Design and Comfort:**The earbuds have a sleek and modern design, with a compact charging case that's easy to carry around. The fit is comfortable, and the ear tips come in multiple sizes, allowing for a secure fit that helps with passive noise isolation. I can wear them for hours without any discomfort, which is a big plus for long listening sessions.**Battery Life:**Battery life is one of the standout features. I easily get 4-5 hours of continuous use on a single charge, and the charging case provides an additional 15-20 hours of playback. With quick charging capabilities, I can top them up in just 10-15 minutes for a couple more hours of use, which is fantastic when you're in a rush.**Connectivity and Features:**Pairing the Redmi Buds 6 with my phone was simple and fast, thanks to Bluetooth 5.2. The media could not be loaded. Fast pairing, different modes for Active noise cancelation , partial, medium, and almost no out side voice disturbing blocked, so very good for online classes, fit is very good , fast charging, effortless Bluetooth, custom EQ very nice while different gener of music 🎶 and audio, effective dual driver sound, effective AI ENC, dual device connecting 😀, value for money 💰, very user friendly.

I've been using these earbuds for about 2 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I purchased the Redmi Buds 5 on 5th June 2025 from Amazon, expecting a decent product from a well-known brand. However, this turned out to be one of the worst tech purchases I’ve ever made.Right from the beginning, the left earbud was completely dead and did not work at all. I tried every troubleshooting method provided in the manual and online—including resetting, re-pairing, checking different devices, cleaning, charging, etc.—and absolutely nothing worked. It’s clearly a hardware defect.Assuming Xiaomi would stand by its product, I reached out to Xiaomi’s customer care, only to be greeted by apathetic and poorly trained support staff. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they offered no real help or direction. They simply told me to “contact some service center” without checking availability, location, or even logging a complaint. When I asked for a proper solution or replacement, they bluntly refused.Here’s the most shocking part: They told me that since I bought the product from Amazon and not their official Xiaomi website, they don't provide service or warranty support. Yes, you read that right. Apparently, if you buy their product from a trusted platform like Amazon, they wash their hands off all responsibility.This behavior is highly unethical and irresponsible for a brand like Xiaomi. I’ve always believed in buying genuine products from reputable sellers like Amazon, but Xiaomi is clearly neglecting customers who buy from third-party platforms, even when the product is sold as “Fulfilled by Amazon.”Bottom line:Defective product straight out of the box.Left earbud completely non-functional.Rude and useless customer service.No after-sales support if you buy outside their official site.Redmi as a brand clearly doesn’t value customers.I am now forced to go through the return/refund process via Amazon. A complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind.⚠️ Avoid Redmi Buds 5 and think twice before buying Xiaomi products—especially if you're buying from Amazon. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve your money.

Great deal.... Very good product... Sound quality highly praised at this price range.... Great call quality... built and design is best... ANC ok ok...Overall great product at this price range and segment only dual driver buds... Don't thing too much go for it...
