Simple, this robot works as it’s supposed to! My apartment is 1500 sq ft and it was quite dusty. The first day the robot vaccuum and filled up the whole dust collector box! (Picture) meaning it does suck dust up! (Some robots cannot even pick dust up and just move around swinging brush)Battery: as you can see in picture, robot ran for 57 minutes and lost 50% battery, so approximately 1% per minute. Then, a fully charged robot can last 100 min, or 1 hour 40min which is quite reasonable as long as it can finish cleaning the house in one run.App: the app has every basic things that I need: adjust suction power, mop/sweep/both, spot/edge/normal clean, schedule clean time. There is a map that you can see. However, the app is kinda useless. It only shows you where the robot go but you can’t imagine whether that dark area is your living room or kitchen. Also, I cannot tell the robot to for example only clean the bedroom. Once started, it’ll just automatically run around to clean. So if there’s a specific area that you want the robot to clean and not other areas. Just close the door. I’m still happy with the app because once I want to vacuum, I’d like to do the whole house not just any area, so this disadvantage of the robot mapping does not annoy me. It’s reasonable for a low cost robot too. This feature is the only thing that this robot does not have compared to other more advanced robot. But I wouldn’t want to pay $600-800 just to additionally have this room-specific-clean feature.It does slightly pump objects but it does not matter as it has a spring front to reduce the impact before turning dodging objects. It does make noise, but less than normal manual vacuum. Recommend to have it run in daytime when you’re not home. No comment about the size, just as regular as any robot.Perfect robot with a low cost. Highly recommend. You don’t need expensive with “Apple big name” brand robot. I hope this company can continue the good work: keeping low cost, adding the room-specific clean feature, better map appearance (borders, rooms, pixels).

I did a lot of research on the robot vacuums and read a ton of reviews for different brands. I was surprised to see that the original Roomba product did not receive great reviews and that this brand did, so I was skeptical at first but I am so glad that I chose this brand! I have a white hard tile kitchen floor and a dog with black fur. Her fur is very visible and it’s a lot! I run this vacuum every night. It picks up every strand of her fur! Amazing product. I highly recommend! The mopping function is an added option! The first night I used it, it learned my kitchen with no problem. Did not get stuck. It even went under my kitchen table in between the chairs. Again, amazing product!

The media could not be loaded. This is a great Robot Vacuum/Cleaning droid. I have tried 3 other robot vacuums over the past 7 years and this is my favorite. I like that it has multiple suction settings, movement patterns, and features. There is a remote control for manually moving the robovac and to change its settings. There is a charging station where the vacuum goes when I hit the home button or when the battery runs down. An app for my smart phone allows me to control the vacuum, change its settings, and see its progress, as well as receiving notifications if the vacuum gets stuck somewhere. This vacuum has a mop attachment that allows me to clean bare floors in addition to vacuuming. There is a magnetic strip that is included to block off certain areas of the floor, where I don’t want the vacuum to go…for me it is under a China closet, where the vacuum can otherwise get stuck. I really like all the included features and technology that help clean my house to save time so I don’t have to do as much house work. This is a great buy to save people time and energy for more important activities!

Excellent investment ... just what I needed ... I have two golden retriever and they release a lot of hair ... with this robot ... I pick up all the hairs and clean the house ... I recommend it...🙌

This robot works great! I had to order a new one after my previous one (same make/model) I purchased less than a year ago stopped working (main brush stopped spinning) and customer service never responded to my two requests for assistance. I'm hoping this one last longer because the vacuum is so quiet and picks up everything.

WHY is this item not speaking English?! Unfortunately, I was in a rush to an airport, unable to pay attention to the product, too late to return it by the time I realized it only speaks Spanish (?, I think...some words aren't clear, not that that makes a HUGE difference since I don't speak Spanish). I don't recall anything telling me it didn't speak English, but I'm going to go back and check.As far as functionality, it does alright. It does do different floors, including carpet, and the suction seems to work pretty well. The size of it is perfect for where I need it stored, and it doesn't collide with under the cabinet distance, which was important to be "low rise" when I was purchasing. Durability seems to be great, as well. I've had it well over a year, and I don't have issues with it.ROBOTS are not the end-all, in my opinion. It does NOT do the thorough job that I do with a vacuum and steam mop, but it's a nice in-between daily pick-up. The compartment does hold quite a bit.I can't speak for the water/mop function, as I don't use it. Not sure I would ever. I just don't see it functioning on the level of my Shark steam mop.

The media could not be loaded. This robot vacuum has been a solid performer! It did an amazing job cleaning and mopping our wood floors. It seemed to map out the floor really well and didn’t miss any spots. The app was easy to set up, and it connected to Alexa, which let us schedule automatic cleanings using a routine. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the Alexa integration. Right now, you can only use basic commands (smart clean on/off), but it would be nice if more functions were available, like saving maps or choosing specific rooms. Overall, though, it’s been a great addition to the house!
