Caution
Caution, if you use MacBook Air 13" WiFi Bluetooth BCM94360CS2 AirPort Card, the antenna will not work, you have to buy another pair of connector:UFL to SMA(M.2 NGFF U.FL to RP-SMA Female MHF4 aka IPX4 IPEX4 Ipex )to make it work.

Just a support card for other communication card
The empty card itself is pretty simple and stupid. However, it doesn't come with the communications chipset from broadcom necessary to work, so that's an extra (expensive) cost. You are required to plug in the antenna connector wires to the card you purchase separately, They are small and fragile and not placed correctly so you have to twist them - I was worried to break them. The connector took FOR EVER to connect. It's either because of the small size or the connectors are crappy. Can't tell. I came -><- this close to returning the card before finally succeeding to plug a couple in. Do note that my comm card only has two inputs for antenna, so the third one is useless, I didn't even uncap it.Pros:* Simple does what it says - just a support for BT and Wifi Card used in Mac laptops* Comes with everything ELSE needed - screws, antennas and screwdriver, cablesCons:* Antenna cables hard to manipulate* Bluetooth requires an extra connector on the motherboard. Mine doesn't have it, so I lost my two front BT connectors :-(. Alos the cable is pretty short, so you have to have a small motherboard like I did.

Quality
Well despite the quality of the product I couldn't use it because I didn't order the wifi/bluetooth card to be attached to this piece of hardware.

Works great
This adapter went into my computer with no fuss. The only difficulty I had was snapping the antenna wires onto the card. I suggest connecting the wires before installing the wifi card onto the adapter, you're going to need to push pretty hard. After getting the antennas connected the card mounted to the adapter just fine and the adapter went into the computer just fine. Don't forget to connect the provided cable to a USB header on your motherboard if you want bluetooth to work (the PCI-E slot only connects the WiFi). Windows will need drivers for your card, but a Hackintosh will work with built in drivers.Overall I'm happy with this card for the price, and it turned out as expected.

Worked first time with my AMD Ryzen 5 Hackintosh. B450 Motherboard.
Works great! The instructions were okay, but not really that needed. They had many included screws, and it wasn't 100% clear which ones I was supposed to use. YES, you do need an actual Apple wireless card for this. The hardest part: getting those little tiny connectors on. They took a lot more force to get on than I thought they should. That said, they connected up and it has been great.

Parcial work
I used with a card bcm94360cs2, the Wifi work fine but the bluetooth doesn't work at all, I checked the card in my Macbook Pro and all work fine but in to my PC Windows 10 doesn't detect the bluetooth.

Gotta Tinker a Bit, but Great!
Worked on my 10.14.5 Hackintosh following a guide on TonyMacx86, just had to tinker a bit to get Airdrop and BT working after the OS install. It works great now!Config: i9-9900k, Vega 56 8GB Pulse, Z390 Designare, G.Skills RGB 32GB 3000MHz, Corsair 115i Cooler, 250GB 970 Evo Plus & 1TB 860 Evo, 4xCorsair RGB Fans

Adapter card works with Hackintosh
Installed the Wifi Bluetooth card into this adapter, connected the antenna onto the WiFi/BT card and then the adapter into a PCIe x1 slot and the card was immediately recognized on the Hackintosh running Mojave 10.14.1. Highly recommend this adapter. Make sure you get the correct WiFi/BT card to match this adapter.
