great budgie enclosure, just keep twist-ties on hand
The media could not be loaded. great cage for budgies! the pictures make it look black but it's really charcoal gray, it looks lovely.building it by myself took just shy of an hour, even including the time spent correcting my mistake- i accidentally screwed the storage tray into where the guardrails for the tray + grate go. for reference i'm a 21 year old guy, so mileage may vary with building time. the package itself is HEAVY. mine came in a banged up box with a few bent bars, but they're easy enough to fix back into place. it works.i mention twist-ties because when installing the upper walls and ceiling, the walls aren't actually installed securely until the ceiling is. so unless you fasten the walls to each other to stay upright, they're gonna be falling everywhere while you try to wrangle the ceiling in place. either grab a second person to help or be ready to tie things up lolthe cage came with an extra screw, which was nice. it's also surprisingly sturdy considering how easy it is to construct and disassemble. my two budgies were in a 30x18x18 before this, so they're definitely enjoying the increased space.i really recommend getting natural perches rather than the dowels that come included with this cage. if they only have dowel perches, their feet won't get enough exercise and develop poorly.in my pics and vid, i have a towel on top of the enclosure because some darkness can help animals settle into new environments (just for a day or two).

The Holy Grail of Bird Cages — Please Bring It Back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This cage changed my birds’ lives — and mine. It is, hands down, the best cage I’ve ever owned. If you’re lucky enough to still find one in stock somewhere, grab it. I’m heartbroken that it’s been discontinued and hope this review helps others speak up to bring it back.First of all, this cage is absolutely beautiful. The white finish blends perfectly into my minimalist space with white walls and light wood — no clunky black bars, no industrial vibe. It’s light, airy, and so elegant. I’ve decorated mine with little fairy lights and vines, and it looks like something out of a woodland dream or a gentle fairytale. But what matters most? My birds are obsessed. I’ve had lots of cages and playstands, but nothing compares to how much they love this one. They actually choose to go back to it — after 20 minutes of hanging out with me elsewhere, they’re ready to return to their magical room. I’ve ended up spending most of my time in there just to be near them! That’s how content they are in this space. People often say birds need flat-topped cages, but I’ve found that’s not necessarily true. My flock has always preferred dome or geodesic shapes — they gravitate toward cozy, rounded structures, and this flight cage is their paradise. It’s not just big — it’s beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that make it feel more like a conservatory than a cage. It gives them real room to fly, play, and live. And for us parrot parents who sometimes have to step away during the day? This cage gives me peace of mind. I know they’re not just safe — they’re happy. They preen, they chitchat, they explore. It’s truly like a palace for them, and I honestly feel bad for ever housing them in anything less. Not all cages are perfect, and I did vet wrap one or two loops. But I have other cages where I had to vet wrap all the loops (closures that might have the tiniest of gaps for toenails to get stuck in— yet I’m extra paranoid) , and Prevue by far has the best quality of any the cages I’ve bought on here. Sturdiness, good construction, and it’s a nice chalky white, not grey like many cages are. If you’re thinking about it, or can find it— don’t hesitate. And if you already have one — please join me in reaching out to the company to bring it back. There is no other cage like this on the market: aesthetic, functional, beloved by birds, and truly life-changing.I’ll be dreaming of the day I can buy a second (or third) one — for now, I’ll just keep telling everyone how magical it is.

Such sturdy cages!
These are the best cages! They are easy to assemble, if you follow the directions! They are easy to move around, and easy to take care of, and there is plenty of room to add accessories!I actually used a cage and a half to build a taller cage! The birds love the space, and now the cages are too tall for my cats to jump on !I highly recommend these cages, and I should know I have three of them!!

Nice Cage!
I purchased this because I have moved to a smaller home and the old cage was really just too large for the new space. This cage is actually very similar to Mango’s old one, about a foot decreased in width and a foot decreased in depth, and shorter by a foot as well. As soon as I started putting the pieces together Mango got excited and started running around near the parts and making lots of noise. She was apparently aware that this was a cage which to her is a home, her “safe” place when she is inside. She does spend a lot of time outside the cage and hasn’t had a cage since we moved. I could tell that she was excited about this and as soon as I got the sides together she tried to climb up the side and get in. The cage was not difficult to figure out the assembly though it wasn’t easy to get all the pieces aligned at the same time before tightening the screws. It really wasn’t harder than any other cage I’ve assembled though. This is heavy, but not as heavy as her old cage which is convenient. The wheels are of exceptionally high quality, as is the cage itself. It comes with only one perch which I don’t like as a bird really needs several in different sizes in order to properly exercise her feet. Also the perch doesn’t fit tightly and keeps falling down so it is basically useless. So I will need to spend more money for useable perches. The food bowls fit on doors which is always good and the entry door is a nice size. I wish that it had a second entry door at the top like her old cage. This has a seed catcher skirt which can be removed if desired and a nice food catch tray at the bottom. It was missing some screws but the instructions have a number and email address for issues like this and I have requested more screws. I have used a lot of different bird cages and I do really like this one, just wish that it came with at least one useable perch.
