The camera has been fitted now for 2 days. It replaced a previous CT-S20. It is easy to assemble and set up to the phone app. This camera has additional features which are good that it can focus on human activity. I am very pleased with it.

This is 26 metres from the house yet still picks up the WiFi. Excellent camera at a great price. The Customer Services are excellent too. When a 4 year old camera failed to record I was sent a replacement-I just paid postage. I have 3 Ctronics cameras now.

I’m not sure there’s a good alternative to Carpuride, if you want a CarPlay/Android Auto screen for a motorbike. Not that I’d particularly want an alternative, having tried this. I didn’t even realise such a thing existed. It’s really pretty impressive.Installing it is more than a five-minute job but isn’t difficult, assuming you can find a suitable gap on your bars. Wiring is a doddle if your bike has a USB socket – just plug it in. Otherwise, you need to go direct to the battery. I suppose you could use a power bank, even if only as a temporary solution, if you can find a rainproof place to fit it. Connecting your phone to the unit is straightforward although audio setup may take longer, depending on which device(s) you want to use.The unit seems impressively constructed and likely to prove durable. The display is bright and sharp.Of course, nothing’s perfect, so I’m deducting a star:# The instructions are quite poor; it’s worth seeking out a few YouTube videos# The release mechanism could be better-designed and easier to use# There’s no auto brightness, as far as I can work out# There’s sometimes a slight lag in responses to touchesDespite that, I’m very happy with the unit and would recommend it for the nav and audio benefits, if nothing else. The only thing, really, that might put you off, is price. At over £200, it makes a significant investment. If you can afford it, however, or you can get a message to Santa, you’re likely to be delighted with the result.

This camera is a great option for anyone looking for a decent quality camera without breaking the bank. It has a clear 5mp camera capturing decent quality footage thats sharp enough to see key details whether that be in day or night. It has full colour night vision too which is quite impressive and even in the dark I can read my car number plates clearly.It has a solar panel for charging so as long as you place it in a well lit area with plenty of sun you'll probably be able to get a lot of use from it. I've had it up for well over a month now and haven't ran out of power yet - Im predicting in dark winter months I may struggle with it but so far so good!It also features human detection and can send alerts straight to my phone, having built in alarms to deter intruders if needed! You can store the footage both locally and on the cloud, offering peace of mind that you won't lose any important footage should you ever be unfortunate enough to need it.Installation was a breeze and didn't take long at all either!Overall pretty happy with this CCTV camera and would like to get one for the front of my house too for full coverage!

The installation was simple, and the solar panel works ideally, keeping the camera charged without needing any extra power sources. The picture quality is very good, with clear and detailed images, even at night thanks to the colour night vision feature. I can control the camera remotely from my phone or PC, which makes checking on my property super easy. The PIR human detection works really well, sending alerts when it detects movement. Moreover, the various storage options provide flexibility for my needs.

Day are already getting shorter (October) and we are only getting a few hours of sun, camera arrived with 65% battery and after a few days it has been sitting at 100% for the past few weeks.We love the wire free installation as we don't have external power socket and we don't have any cable or experience at doing wiring outside of the house. With just a couple of screws we installed the camera on our second floor window under the eves and had the solar panel away from the camera facing the evening sun.Connection to the camera is often slow and lagging since our router for WiFi is on the ground floor living room, video is a lot smoother when we view SD instead of HD. There is option of cloud storage but we opted for a 64GB micro SD card to store the video locally so we don't need to pay monthly subs. Although we can't stream HD video footage, the video we download on phone app is of good quality and not SD.Night time recording is clear and very much usable, it start out as black and white until motion detected and the spot light comes on and it become colour. We did not use the alarm function as we find it is too loud and disturbing our neighbors, it will be really useful for remote location where there are no neighbors and only pass by are intruders.The Ctronics phone app is easy to navigate and installation took only 15 minutes, this is my second CCTV camera from ctronics and I can control and view both camera in the same app which is really handy. The motion alert is sensitive and I do get some false alert but it is no worse than other brands on the market.
