I needed a two inch binder to hold my gardening seed collection. Smaller binders just weren't wide enough to accommodate the seeds. This is a basic binder, but does include a clear plastic cover so you can insert a title page. NOTE: it has O rings instead of D rings, which can be easier for a binder of this thickness.

Perfect for school.

This 3 inch, 3 ring binder seems well made. It is covered with a clear plastic that is open at the top so you can insert pictures or paper on the front, back, and spine. It also has inside pockets on both of the sides and the inner spine as well. The rings open easily without too much effort, so you don’t have to fight with it! Same with closing. Once in the closed position, the rings fit together well and securely. It would be a good binder for presentations or to store important papers. It definitely does not feel flimsy. You could use it as a hard surface to write on. With normal use, I would expect it to last quite a while and will hold a lot of paperwork.

Well you likely have used, seen or even own one or more 3-ring binders. They're handy and incredibly useful when you have 3-hole punched paper or documents. So many documents and statements delivered by mail feature hole punched paper (e.g. investment and IRA statements). What better way to keep them neat and organized than to throw them in a binder?About this particular binder; The binder ring mechanism does appear to work well and clasps with sufficient hold. The cardboard used for the spine, front and back covers is a little thinner than other binders I've used or owned. That is a little disappointing. The interior "pockets," which are a thin piece of plastic against the front and back covers probably can't hold more than a single sheet of paper. I probably won't use them. The front and back covers have a clear plastic outer cover and make it possible to hold a sheet of paper as a cover or title card.Overall I think the binder is sufficient for most uses, though this binder is not what I would call rugged. I don't think this binder would last more than a few months of daily use. For the price, the binder seems a bit expensive relative to the materials and questionable longevity. Recommended only for light use, and if it's for sale at a significant discount (shop and compare on price).

This is a nice binder. It is sturdy and good quality. The rings open and close easily and are secure when closed. There is a pocket on the inside of the binder in both the front and the back. The pockets seem secure as well. The front and back of the binder both also have a transparent pocket. This is just what I was looking for and is very functional.

This was a great purchase. Just as I thought it would be. My daughter wants to put all of her classes in one binder. Great start!
