It fits my Resmed airsense 11 cpap machine and works but doesn't have the metal prongs
I decided to keep this product rather than return it because it works and will work in a pinch. It seems sturdy enough too. I thought I needed new tubing since I kept getting a 'High Air Leak' type of message on my CPAP machine. Turns out it wasn't the tubing, but rather the rubber gaskets inside where the water chamber is inserted. On inspection, the gaskets were intact and no tears were found.I spoke with a very knowledgeable Rep from the company that provides my equipment and was told to insert the water chamber on an upward angle .... and it worked! The company recently became aware that there is some issue with the two gaskets inside. They are supposed to create a seal between the water chamber and machine which I suppose has a design flaw and allows air to leak. The stats still show on my phone App with the Roscoe hose just like the original metal pronged tubing. I'm not sure what the metal prongs are for, maybe for transmitting? Idk. The name brand tubing is crazy expensive at around $64 each without insurance, and the Roscoe Universal CPAP Hose tubing is about $8 each. Many folks cannot afford to spend $64 for tubing. All I can say is, give me a reason why I should NOT use it!! Thank you.

Great flexible unheated hose
I have a couple of CPAP machines- a Resmed Air Sense 10 which I use at home and a Resmed S9 which i take with me when I travel. Both machines have a heated humidifier, with the Air Sense 10 using an electrically heated hose. This is a plain unheated hose, so needless to say it doesn't work as intended with the Air Sense 10, but it can be used. It appears to be pretty much identical to the hoses I use with the S9.The hose is spiral wrapped with tight rubber cuffs that tightly grip the air fittings. The hose seemed a little stiff at first, but after the first night the material relaxed a bit and had good flexibility. The walls are strong enough to prevent crushing and kinking. No leaks, no issues. These appear to be every bit as good as the ones which I get from the medical supply company at a small fraction of the cost.

Fits snugly to machine and mask
The material is a bit stiffer than the compound used with my OEM hoses, but that hasn't bothered me at all. The flexible end connectors maintain a tight and secure fit to the mask as machine. I've been using one for about two weeks so far and have had no problems whatsoever with it.

Very comparable to my other hoses
This is a great price for three CPAP hoses. They look and feel very much like my previous CPAP hoses. They have the same flexibility, same length and fit the same as the other hoses. The only difference I see is that the inside diameter is larger than my previous hoses. That will allow more air volume but I’m not sure how it might affect air pressure. My CPAP is set to the minimal pressure on an automatic setting so it will adjust accordingly. I’m not sure how it will affect the pressure on a CPAP machine that has a higher pressure setting.Overall, it is a very good hose and after one nights use, I cannot tell any difference. I can recommend it.

Virtually the same as the ResMed hoses my supplier sends, at a lower cost.
I asked the guy I trust at the CPAP supplier I use how I could save money on the supplies, especially early on when my deductible hasn't been met. He said "you can buy the hoses and filters online - those are pretty much the same and cost a lot less from there. I wouldn't buy an off-brand tank or face mask."So I did, and these look, feel and connect pretty much the same as the ones I'd been using. The biggest difference is that the ends are a bit more snug, with a tighter fit, than the hoses I've been using. However, that hose wasn't the ResMed hose either, so I don't know whether this one is tighter than those. It's not a problem either way.

Quality CPAP Hose
This is a flexible quality CPAP hose at a great price. The rubber connector fit my Resmed CPAP machine snug and tight without disconnecting throughout the night. The quality is great along with the price for a set of three, each hose is individually wrapped. Make sure you wash the hoses before using them as like all new hoses these too have a slight smell.

Does not fit my Dreamstation
This was advertised as fitting Philips Respironics CPAP machines, but it does not fit mine; so I cannot comment as to its performance.

Doesn't fit Airsense 10
The description says it fits an Airsense 10. It really doesn't. The Airsense 10 socket has a 90 degree turn on it, and it also has a small electronic plug that needs to plug into the CPAP machine. This tube has neither. It's just a tube. On mine the tube doesn't come out of the 90 degree end piece, so that's not a workaround. (Like you can't pull off the 90 degree end piece and stick it onto this tube. It's doesn't work like that.)This tube will fit onto the center circle of the machine, you can see the pics. But you lose whatever functionality that electronic piece does. Also, you can see from my pic, the outer circle rotates 360 degrees, so the tube is very flexible and can be made to point left, right, up or down, depending on how you need it. If you plug the tub directly into the machine, you lose that functionality. I wouldn't do that in either case. The other end, the end that attaches to the mask. That does fit, but it was pretty tight, tighter than my OEM tube. But it did fit.So it's not fully compatible with an Airsense 10.
