High protein, great taste – even better with a drizzle of honey
Really impressed with this one. The texture is thick and creamy, and the raspberry flavour is fresh without being overly sweet or artificial. It’s filling for a 200g pot and perfect as a quick breakfast or post-workout snack thanks to the high protein content. On its own it’s already good, but if you add just a little drizzle of honey, it takes it to another level. The honey balances the slight tanginess and makes it taste more indulgent without going overboard. Definitely buying again. Great option if you want something tasty but still relatively healthy.

Great if your lactose intolerant..does have milk
Just started buying these and they very hard to get and only seems to be the raspberry one online the other thing was short dates on them .. it was the strawberry one that you could get easily in the shops they do two other flavours the Raspberry one above I would buy again... the other thing is these are lactose-free almost that toast three as like has to be a little bit in there lactose is a form of sugar that's in milk and for some people like me and it's hard to digest so I buy these and other yogurts because my stomachs fine with them..
