Prevue Hendryx SP31999Y Classic Round Bird Cage, Yellow

My birds have adequate room in this cage; it is attractive and different from the other common cage styles. The access to the feed and water cups from outside is great.

Very good, easy for cleaning

I use this Prevue round bird cage for my small bird to have some time outside and for traveling. It works perfect! It is well made, sturdy and easy to clean. I love that 2 feeders are included and are clear so it is easy to see inside. I would not make this a permanent house for a bird, as it is very small. But for occasional use, it works great. Would highly recommend!

My cage came broken and had a card on the inside from PetPrevue that stated to contact them with part replacements or any other concerns and not Amazon. So I did just that….without response back from them. I have purchased other items in the past from PetPrevue manufacturing and they’ve all been very good but this time I have been very disappointed. Luckily I contacted Amazon Customer Service and explained to them and provided photos, and they gave me a full refund. But still after seeing it in person even if it was broken, round cages aren’t good to keep birds in so this would better be described as a travel cage as was my intentions to begin with. This make however is very cheaply made and not sturdy so if your feathered friend is a chewer this is NOT the cage for them as they can easily work the plastic and cause the entire cage to fall and come apart possibly killing them. This cage is unsafe. Not all of the PetPrevue items are because I would say that many of their products are the best on the market but this specific one….yeah no. UNSAFE.

This was not a fun assembly - arrives in many parts. But it was $30 cheaper than my local pet store. So worth it. I did use discreet zip ties just to be certain it wouldnt fall apart.

Cage is good for one parakeet, two might be a little tight.The only downside is the food and water bowls are a pain in the but so I had to cut the sides of the cage to accommodate the old cage's food and water bowl.

My only concern is if paint can come off as birds like to chew it , also not easy to clean you can only clean from top with your hands. Though because of size you end up cleaning it more frequently too. So in a way it works. Very light to carry around the house or in the car as well while traveling.

The media could not be loaded. Great for Daisy my canary, she seems to like it and luckily doesn't play with toys so not a problem as not a lot of space to hang.Finches or small canaries yes, anything else a no no .
