Daily Journey - A Really Truly Easy to Swallow Multiple Vitamin/mineral Rich in Vitamins, Minerals...

Well, if you want a small pill that gives you vitamins and whatnot, then you can get this. However, it should be noted that the pill itself smells terrible. Like, just awful. Truly an indescribably bad odor to my nose.If I was a worker, that had to work in a factory that made these pills, then I just don't think I could go on living. Death seems like a wonderful option when presented with the choice of handling these pills.Like, if the United States military had some Indians that they captured, and they needed to interrogate them, they could just get a huge vat of these, and throw the Indians in there. I believe that the Indians would immediately give away all their intel. No doubt.On the other hand, it's probably good for me.Not that I can notice, of course. But we're always told that we need vitamins and stuff, but the people that tell us this never cite their sources or have any reason WHY we need vitamins. Vitamins were most likely created by the government to get us to spend money because we were afraid of the spread of communism during World War 1.Overall, I feel that if anyone is considering buying these pills, then you may want to consider the repugnant order that wafts off of these small capsules of death is very strong, and you should keep the bottle of them in a safe somewhere, locked in an underground bunker.

These multivitamin-mineral capsules are indeed small and easy to swallow, but a "daily serving" according to the package is THREE capsules. And the ingredient list on the container is based on a serving of three capsules; the amount in one single capsule would not compare to any of the once-a-day vitamin brands I have used or looked at - so you gotta take three, and that can get to be a problem. I only take vitamins with meals because they do tend to cause nausea, so mostly I end up taking two a day, since I usually have one meal that is either too busy, or I'm away from home, or I just don't feel up to taking ANY pills (like at breakfast). I suppose I could try taking two at one meal, and see if that causes nausea??? Also, there is no iron in these, so I take a separate iron caplet; this may not be an issue for most people, but for women who are having periods or anyone who has had a bleeding ulcer in the past, it's better to be on the safe side (and get your blood checked occasionally). I don't think I'll be buying these again, but I do find that the major brand vitamins that are only taken once a day are huge, and sometimes cause nausea for me even when I do take them with a meal - so I'm still looking for the perfect vitamin-mineral product...

I read the reviews and some commenters report a bad odor/bad taste. I didn't have any problems with either; the Daily Journey Multiple Vitamin/Mineral pill goes down quite easily and doesn't bother me at all.Some vitamins leave me with a "stuck in my throat" feeling; even though they aren't actually stuck in my throat the sensation is unpleasant and makes me suspicious that a pill like that would not be properly digested.I have read and heard reports of late that multi vitamins are a waste of time and maybe even harmful. I am skeptical of these reports. Of course anything can be overdone, but if taken as directed, I don't see how they could hurt me and when I stopped taking a multi vitamin I had no pep for anything. I don't see how anyone could eat all the food needed to get all the vitamins in, especially females who must eat like a bird to keep from gaining weight, and it only gets worse with age.I have to do what makes me feel good so I'm back to taking a multi but I didn't like the brand I previously used so searched on Amazon for a something else and am very happy I did. This one is a keeper.

My daily journey vitss arrived on time. The packaging was not secure as anyone Could have opened the boxand closed it back. That I don't like at all as It was packaged w/ my almond flour --the co. I bought these vitamins because I wanted one without copper. I've been suffering from fatigue and brain fog issues for a little while now and these vitamins do seem to help that a bit, but I have to wonder why they put so much of some of the b vitamins in there? 667% of B1, 588% of B2, 400% of B5, 500% of B6, and 833%(!) of B12....all of that seems a little excessive to me. While I realize my body will excrete what it doesn't use it can't be very good for you to be processing such unnecessary amounts on a daily basis. Since those amounts correspond to a daily dose of 3 pills, I'll probably just stick to one a day until the bottle is gone and next time look for a little more balanced vitamin.

Stinky...as in it literally does not smell appetizing. However, I try to remind myself that I'm doing something good for me when I convince myself to take it. You're supposed to take three a day...however, I am trying to get used to the smell, so for me, it's usually one with dinner. I haven't been taking it long enough to say it's awesome or terrible. I'll update.UPDATE: I finished the bottle. I decided to start taking the full amount as recommended to reap the benefits. The only "benefit" I got was a stomachache. I was really hoping eventually I'd get used to them and things would be better, it unfortunately just did not work out for me that way. I will not purchase again- between the smell and the upset stomach, it was not worth it.
