Functional and fun, I keep handy in my bedroom and do use regularly. Expecting good results.
I enjoy using this and am getting better at stretching out and returning without loosing form. After 1 month use I'm @ 3-4 sets; 2 x' a week Good compound workout for me. I'm incorporating with my 8 week ab workout. For myself will measure and do photo journal. Before and after.

Great buy!
Amazing buy!Neat little gadget that helped me get back the flexibility I yearned for. Very stable and the pushback action is great for very beginners.A 15 minute workout everyday is helping me much and is easy to use and come along with a pad for knees, thoughtful.

Terrible
The screws fell off after 3 times of use. So disappointing.

NICE BUT OVERPRICED
This is a pretty good item but it's definitely overpriced. For the price that are charging it should have better wheels, stronger recoil and more secure handles. Everything works fine, we'll see how it lasts and performs over time. It just feels like it might break after some use. It's a decent quality item but just not good enough quality to command the price that they are charging. I paid $69.99 plus tax with free shipping which came out to around $76. It should have been $49.99...

A great addition to working out
My husband and I just started a workout journey and this app roller has been a huge plus in our workout routine. It definitely does the job at first. It was not easy to use because working out was so fresh to us but after a while, we’ve gotten comfortable with it and it definitely puts you to work.

Great little exercise roller.
Fairly standard roller/exercise machine thing. Lots of info can be found about their usage online. YouTube videos, tutorial and the like. While basic info would be nice, it’s not entirely necessary. The build is fine and the roller works well. We have both a one wheel and a four wheel model, and they seem to work different things. The four wheel may be easier for someone new to them. Just a solid, entry roller.

Much more than an Ab roller, it's an unbelievably useful & adaptable multi-purpose exercise machine
Product Description posted on Amazon: Aiwglenten [brand] core Slide Fit, Ab Roller Board with 4 Wheels, Automatic Rebound Abdominal Wheel for Core Workout, Workout Equipment for Difficult Abdominal & Core Strength Training, pilates (sic) board; slide boards for exerciseThis is a somewhat unusual little exercise device that's a little different from most of the Ab roller/core exercisers with which I'm familiar. I have grown to like it a lot, but it takes some time to get use to this product's features and foibles.Pros & Cons of this 4-wheeled Ab roller/core exercise board:Pro - Unlike most Ab roller exercise devices that you put your forearms onto, this one can be lain upon. To me, this feature is not all that common. When laying on it face-down it's pretty easy to get it positioned under you correctly. Similarly, sitting on top it with the board under your butt is very easy to do. accurately positioning the board under your back when laying face-up on it, however, is not easy to do at all (see the Major Con below).Major Pro - There's almost no end to the number and types of different exercises that can be done on this machine - some of which are just gut-crunchingly difficult. Take a look at the Owner's Manual or go to the online website for exercise descriptions and details. That's one reason why I grown to really like this particular Ab roller/core exercise machine.Pro - Another thing I've begun to realize is there are some exercises I can do with this machine that I'd have to use a lot of creativity to figure out how to do without it. That's another reason why I grown to really like this particular exercise machine.Pro - As I alluded to before when I mentioned "hamstring pulls" (that's what I call them), this multi-purpose device is not just for exercising abdominal and "core" muscles. Yes, you can do that well on this apparatus, but it can be used to exercise a lot of other muscles and muscle groups as well, including arms, shoulders, upper chest, legs, inner thighs, knees, calves, etc. In fact, if you use your imagination with it, there are probably very few body parts it can't be used to strengthen (but I haven't yet figured out how to use it to exercise my lips and gums).Pro - This 4-wheeler's automatic rebound feature is very noticeable. Unlike several wheeled Ab rollers I've used, I can really feel this one "reeling me back in" to my starting position.Con - It's tips over when the one hand is initially placed on one of the side handles, but it levels out when the 2nd hand is applied to the opposite side handle, so this is no big deal.Major Con - Initially, it's very difficult to get the roller board in the right position when the back is first placed on it. The board constantly rolls out from under me when I'm trying to set it in exactly the right spot so I'll be balanced while I'm laying on it when want to exercise with it under my back (like when doing hamstring pulls, for example). I had to devise some methods to keep it immobile while I position my back on it, but this is still most definitely not an easy thing to do. There needs to be a wheel-locking mechanism on this gizmo that can be released when you get it in the right position. At $59.99 (the price at the time this review was written) I originally thought it might be somewhat overpriced. But, considering all the common and uncommon exercises that are possible to do with this Aiwglenten "Core Slide Fit" device, I now think it is indeed worth the this price - unless it wears out too quickly or breaks (I just started using it).All in all, I've become pretty impressed with the extraordinary usefulness & adaptability of this awesome little black 4-wheeled exercise board. It has risen in my opinion from an ordinary 3-star product to a cleverly designed multi-purpose exercise device that deserves all the stars I can give it. However, since I just received it (about month ago?) I can only hope it has some serious longevity because I really want to use it for a long time yet to come. Only time, however, will answer that question. 5 stars
