used product
Received this, it was a used product with terrible battery life and, when I connected the device to my phone, I was able to see another person's tracking data from 2023!!! Amazon service agent provided partial refund without return because I did not trust returning the item with my data stored in it. Clearly this company resells without careful resetting, so what if someone had access to my data?Do not buy this product if you want something of quality that does more than counting your steps and telling the time.

"Disappointing Quality and Used Appearance"
The product appears to be used and not in brand-new condition as expected. The box is extremely dirty, and the pink color of the product is noticeably different from what was shown in the pictures. Additionally, the box looks like it has been opened and resealed with gum tape, which gives the impression that it has been tampered with or previously handled. This is highly disappointing and raises concerns about the quality and authenticity of the item.

REFUND NEEDED FOR THIS
THE WATCH STRAPS AND WATCH CASING WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLORS. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT INSIDE. PACKAGING WAS TOO BASIC, NO BRAND LOGO. PACKAGING WAS OPENED AND RESEALED WITH BASIC CELOTAPE. THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

ساعه لاتستحق الشراء وليست ضد الماء تصدر اصوات باستمرار وعند ضبط الوقت يتغير من تلقاء نفسه وبعد استعمال اسبوع لم تشحن وتصدر اصوات مع اضاءات حمراء قمت برميها
