These sheets are super thin and exactly what is needed to give your project a pop of gold. A tacky surface is needed to get the gold leaf exactly where you want it. You can also crumble the gold leaf and add it to your epoxy for floating particles throughout. Each sheet is layered within tissue type paper and easy to separate.

These sheets are smaller than I expected, but at this price it makes sense. It's my first time using any kind of leafing, I had used rub-n-buff type gilding compound in the past. These are super thin and will break easily. I used modge podge as the tacky compound to adhere it. I just did thin accents on a leather piece I made to give it a little pop. I put down a thin line of the adhesive and let it dry until it was tacky. Then I pieced the leaf over the adhesive and let it sit to further cure. I used a makeup brush that I'd picked up for this to brush away the extra leaf.

Junky and brittle. Get the pure copper leaf 5.5 x 5.5 inch with the amber separator sheets between them. They are pretty good. Not real copper or "real imitation" hold leaf. It will not match other brands.
