I take this liquid supplement for the antioxidant effects and the immunity support. As last winter came on, my usual vitamin C supplement that I get on auto subscription was out-of-stock twice. As cold and flu season comes on, so many folks are ordering regular vitamin C, that it can be hard to get. I'm hoping this supplement will address that need. It is easy to take using the included dropper. The blend should be sufficient based on the amounts listed on the bottle.There is not a lot of information as to the quality of the product. It does have an expiration date and lot number stamped on it. However, there is no country of origin or third party testing information.

I've used sea moss for a while now so I know how it should make me feel, and this checks the boxes. Asides from the great flavor, my FAVORITE thing about this is that it comes with a graded dropper! The serving size is 2ml, and now I know that that is roughly four dropper squeezes. If it didn't have measurements on the glass, I probably would have assumed that it was just two dropper squeezes.

Very easy to use. Can be taken by itself or add to a beverage. Great for the immune system. I feel better after taking it for a while.

a lot of liquid vitamins taste a little bit too much like cough syrup or a melted jolly rancher. Surprisingly, this is not so sweet it’s unpleasant. I’m not sure about the effects of sea moss, so it’s hard to write a review about how well it works. I do know that I take it every morning and it’s not a chore to take.

This sea moss liquid drops supplement has not only sea moss but other several other extracts to support detox and cleansing of the body. They include black elderberry, Bladderwrack, burdock root, and spirulina. I’ve tried all of these in the past except Bladderwrack. It is listed as a thyroid support supplement as well due to the high iodine in this extract. But too much Bladderwrack, according to my research, could actually negatively affect thyroid. As a typical dose is 500mg, the fact that this supplement has 800mg makes me hesitant. I like the added vitamin C and zinc, and the strawberry flavor is delicious.It’s difficult to get the dropper to fill to the 1ml mark, so I have to take two tries to get one full dropper. The dosage is 2ml or two droppers a day. Since the Bladderwrack extract is a high amount, I feel safer taking this more occasionally or when my body feels rundown or I feel a cold coming on. It is gluten free, GMP certified, vegan, and nonGMO. I’d recommend it for occasional or intermittent use.

While I cant speak to the quality or usefulness of the ingredients, I bought this product based on the attributes listed in the description. The directions say to put the drops under your tongue and hold them there for several seconds before swallowing. I was pleased by the sweet taste and had no problem at all using these as directed. If you trust the brand and would like to supplement with the included ingredients, I would say that this is a good choice.
