FOXMIND 2-Tier Dish Drying RackI ordered this space-saving drying rack because I wanted to make better use of my small kitchen space. This drying rack came with no written instructions, just a sheet of diagrams to show how to assemble it. For more explanation, I had to go to the instructions on Amazon.From the bottom of the drainboard to the topmost part of the rack is 12 ½ inches. My cabinets are 16 in. above the counter. So, if I were to position the rack under the cabinet, items on the top rack could not be more than 3 ½ inches tall. Fortunately, there is space in front of the cabinets, though to reach inside the cabinet, you’d have to either move the items off the top rack or else leave the cabinet door open.I couldn’t figure out what that moveable projection on the bottom of the drain tray was for. It can be rotated like a hand on a clock. Was it to provide support underneath the bottom of the drainboard? The instructions on Amazon cleared that up. It’s a channel to let water drain from the drainboard into a sink. The drainboard slopes from both ends toward a depression or trough about a third from one end of the drainboard, and the pivoting drain channel is attached in the middle of that depression. Pulling the outside of the channel lengthwise elongates it so it can reach outside the perimeter of the drainboard into a sink. Of course, if a sink or other outlet is not available, there are workarounds: for example, towels might be put underneath to absorb the drained water and then be changed out as needed.The bottom rack is not, like the upper one, designed to hold plates upright. It sports semi-circular loops that can retain dishes with round openings like bowls, cups, and the like. The utensil-drying basket is smaller than on most dish drainers. I will buy a separate utensil-drying basket from another source to supplement the one furnished with this rack.It appears well-made, sturdy, and has silicone-covered feet to keep it from slipping. The vendor says it is rust-proof. I’m delighted to have it.

I like this dish drying rack for its small footprint and the capacity to hold a large number of dishes.It was delivered promptly and came very well-packaged. Although it arrived flat, shaping it into shape was very straightforward with the provided instructions.It has a rotatable water draining outlet that functions quite well and which I find very appealing.It also features a plastic holder for utensils such as forks, spoons, and knives. However, the section for the knives does not work very well with some of my wider knives, which tend to get stuck inside and are sometimes difficult to retrieve. In the end, I just decided to eliminate the knife-specific section to simplify the storage and retrieval of my knives.Overall, I am pleased with my new dish drying rack and happily recommend it.
