Bought for my mum, so nice present. Probably wouldn’t buy regularly because of price but they are very nice tea bags.

I don't usually drink tea, especially herbal tea. However I've been having difficulty sleeping so I thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't taste to bad infact it tasted quite pleasant. It really. did help me sleep too by making me very relaxed and warm. I would recommend this product if you have difficulty in getting to sleep

Does not work. Please don't waste your money or time as It does nothing to help you sleep. If anything, you are better with drinking warm water as it has the same unintended effect: nothing.

味は歯磨き粉。 冷やして飲む方が清涼感があって飲みやすいと思います。とはいったものの、お世話にも美味しいとは言えません。 飲むと1時間ほどで猛烈な眠気に襲われるて、朝まで起きません。 私の場合は効きすぎて、朝も眠すぎて起きれないほどになりました。 平日は寝坊の原因になるので、休日の深く眠りたい時に使用しています。 レビューをみてみると、私みたいに効きすぎてしまう体質の人は少なそうですね。

This is some very good quality herbal tea. It is very relaxing after long/stressful days in the office.

I've been drinking this tea on and off for years, it really helps to relax you I drink it at night-time an hour or so before settling down in bed, I recommend only drinking it two three nights a week I find if I drink it too often it doesn't seem to work as well so taking a day or two break in between drinks helps me better. I don't use milk just a little sugar to sweeten it.

カルディのほうが安いですが、わざわざ買いにいかなくても宅配してくれるのでAmazonを利用しています。 味はカモミールとミントがよく香るきがします。初めなにも入れずに飲んだ時はのみにくかったのですが、蜂蜜、三温糖、メープルシロップを少し加えるだけでのみやすくとても美味しくなりました。魔法瓶の水筒にお湯とティーパックと蜂蜜を入れてのみたい時にのむようにしていますが、一日中あったかく美味しくのめます。 風邪気味かなという時には積極的に蜂蜜をすこし多めにいれてのむと、薬をのまなくても大体症状が緩和され治るような気がします。とくに、のどが痛い、鼻づまりなどのときに効果を感じました。 授乳中に大変たすかりました。 スペインのコンメイルのカモミールの蜂蜜紅茶もスペインでは風邪の時に飲むといいと昔からいわれているそうなので同様の効果があるのかなと個人的に感じています。 また、他の方で睡眠効果があるといわれた方もいますが、私は元々どこでも、どんなときでも寝れるタイプなのでイマイチわかりませんが、寝る前に飲むと朝起きるのがスッキリ目覚めれる気がします。 私は効果もありますが、一番はおいしいからのんでいます。 ただ、個別包装にはなっていないのでたまに飲む方は瓶など密封容器が必要だと思います。
