3 stars only because this is not the bag as described in the description. The bag was listed as: Approx Dimensions: 11.4" L x 15.3" H x 6.3"W, fits to 15.6-inch laptops. However, the bag we received could never fit a 15.6” laptop. It won’t even fit our 13.5” laptop. The bag we received is about 9” tall x 7.5 wide x 3.5 deep. It won’t even fit a steno notepad.Update: Seller contacted me regarding my review and the incorrect measurements. They offered to send the correct bag or refund my money and ended up refunding my money.The smaller bag is well made and is suitable, just not as big as originally planned.

Super cute. A bit stiff but I have to break it in still. The zipper sticks a bit.

Beautiful bag, and comfy enough to wear all day. Everyone seems to love the bag when I go out! Zipper is a little tough sometikes, but it feels heavy duty. After i adjusted the straps, I took a hairdryer and smoothed out the creases on the straps where they used to be set. I also heated the stap at the bottom so it would crease at the bottom rings and not stick out.
