I bought this jail to go with They travel respond and also to use on a leg massager a little bit disappointed as the connectivity to let the pulses through isn’t very good so you have to use quite a bit which then makes it very wet

It takes a bit of experimenting to get the settings right but then it is very satisfactory

The headline says it all, the lube is a mildly sticky gel supposedly to aid conductivity between TENS machine contact pads and the skin - the TENS machine instruction sheet suggest a light brushing of water to do that job and prolong the life of the contact pads, I'm a little at loss to think of any use for the stuff - I do use it with my TENS machine (spread very thinly, as opposed to the gel container's "spread liberally" instructions, to do the job that tap water would quite adequately perform) simply because, as they are were bought by other people, I assumed they were necessary - save yourself some money, untick the gel box and use tap water instead (though do get the extra contact pads, they are worth the money).
