1.9 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave with Sensor Cooking, Stainless Steel, MS19DG8500SRAA

I needed this to align with the rest of the appliances I purchased. Matches the other Samsung stuff exactly how it should. Works fine. It does have a weird door lock thing thats quite annoying, but workable.

This product was purchased prematurely for a kitchen remodel. I checked for damage when it showed up and looked “okay” at the time. Now that I installed it there is a 2” deep dent in the bottom that won’t allow it to sit straight and the door will not open. You have to have 3 hands to pull the door open while pressing the button. DO NOT BUY!!!

Samsung has a fantastic customer service and great app. I found this out the hard way we had a built-in microwave that died. It was about this exact size so here we are replacing our built-in with this countertop model. You can buy the attachments separately to make this a built-in there is a feature on there where the door automatically locks so you can’t just pop the door open and get your food out you can disable this but anytime your power goes out the setting reverse. It’s something to know, but it just does not make a difference to us because you can easily turn it off. You can also turn off the beeping which drives me crazy. I’ve been pleased with it. I will tell you the inside of this is black, which is great because inevitably something always spills inside the microwave and then there’s that weird discolored spot in the back of it that looks off you can’t see anything in the inside of this because the entire thing is black comes with a warranty, make sure you register it on your Samsung SmartThings app there is a noise while it is cooking. It is not a silent one, but it looks great and performs well.

If youre expecting a properly refurbished product look somewhere else. The item looks like some person fixed it in his basement and it was their first time giving it a try. I'm not happy with how they bolted together this microwave. Multiple different types of screws barely hanging on or weren't put in properly. Pieces dented and ceramic is chipped away , door wouldn't open without me messing with it. Overall the quality is not worth the price in my opinion, just spend the extra money on a new one to avoid any problems.

Exactly what we needed. Perfect for popcorn and reheating leftovers , and big enough to cook a family sized meal.

I have purchased 3 of this same model from Amazon. All arrived damaged in some way. All 3 had big dents in them. One had the porcelain inside flaking off from a dent on the backside. One would only run 3 seconds and stop with a error message and one where the door would not open without grabbing the bottom of door and pulling while at the same time as you pushed the button. I do not think these are Amazon issues. The shipping boxes had no damage and looked new. I think there is someone at Samsung damaging these units before shipping.

Arrived with damage from manufacturer or previous customer. No damage to shipping box or mfg box. Corners in casing dented. Seems like a QC issue.
