Many people these days are trying to avoid the harm caused by industrial seed oils.It is borderline disingenuous to have sunflower oil in this product.

The headline says it all.Only downside is a faulty top unable to screw on fast, remains loose.Stays solid on room temperature.

Useful stuff
It’s great to have this product around because ordinary lard simply doesn’t make the grade and every now and then we need something other than olive oil to enrich the texture and flavour of a dish. There are many uses for this product: in preserving and making Swiss ‘Rosti’ potatoes properly as well. Quite pricy, though, for what it is.
