Top of the line timer

I got scammed
Item came re-packaged in a plain box, which these parts never do. I was suspect it something that was returned. After installation the item was non-functioning. The clock itself was not spinning. Obviously at this point it can't be returned so basically I got scammed.

6 days in, no regreats.
6 days in, no regrets. Nicely painted metal housing, feel of the mechanical wheel is by far easier to work with when setting the time than my old one. Not stiff at all. Vast improvement from my old one. I was concerned with other reviews, and if this review turns regret, I will update. For now, price is great, its housing is connected to my exterior of my house, zero noise. Good luck. For now, I approve this message.

Working well only had it installed couple of weeks
Working well and hope it will lower light bill and continue to work well. If trippers are not good and tight they will come off, so check a few times after installing it, the trippers may need retightened until you get them tight enough, but not to tight.

I have had this unit installed for less than a week, and it is working. I have it connected to a hot water heater, it activates at 1800 hours and turns back off at 2200, and so far the unit has done what it appears to do. I like to think i know a thing or two about anything electrical, however i would not have known what L1 and L2 meant when wiring anything 220 volt. i spoke with a licensed electrician about two weeks ago and he reference thins so I knew what it meant when i went to wire up the device. There is a spot on the timer for a ground however the neutral does not have anywhere to connect it to. This simply means to put a splicer and make it bypass the timer all together. have had no issues working the timer. Great buy for the money

Good replacement for torx. Intermatic is a better choice, but you get what you pay for

Time defective and runs counterclockwise
I got a defective product where the timer runs anti clock wise. Called NSI and mentioned that they don’t sell on Amazon and asked to not purchase fromAmazon but use Lowe’s or Home depot
