Wonderful
If you disregard all the clap trap about "Lemurian this and unicorns that" the guided meditation is excellent and easily followed and imagined. All in all a good CD. One additional comment this lady would have done as well without all the mumbo jumbo but a good attempt and I use her CD regularly.

Beautiful meditation without the loud overpowering music. The music by Andrew Brell is sublime and continues at the end of the meditation for several minutes. I did not want it to stop.

I only gave this three stars as there was far too much talking about golden stair cases and unicorns for my liking it would have been better if the lady didn't talk as much either it just wasn't my thing.
