easy to order, description is clear, price was great, arrived quickly and fit's perfect. We have an HPA 300 Purifier which also is amazing and this filter looks and performs exactly like the factory issue. We also got the white HEPA filters from Durabasics, also perfect fit.

I've seen some reviews that complained about the sizing of these filters. They fit my HPA300 perfectly. This is a big air purifier so perhaps these reviewers have smaller units, but no cutting or other changes were required in my case. Just popped right into place. Also, these were better quality then the ones I removed.

I really needed this because of smokers in the building. Tobacco make my eyes tear and my chest to get full of expectorant. I slapped this on back of a Honeywell HT-900 TurboForce Air Circulator Fan Black (a really great fan) and it clears a room quickly. I recently added a whole room filter (WINIX PlasmaWave 4-Speed 360-sq ft True HEPA Air Purifier ENERGY STAR CERTIFIED, Great!) and with a little trimming these can be used at a much lower price than the manufacturer part,

The size is too big for the HPA300 in width. I need to cut some of it off to make it fit better.

I originally purchased these filters as replacement filters for my new air purifier. Then, I realized, I could use them for other things, too! I started cutting them up and placed them on the back side (exterior) of my various room fans so that air passing through them will be somewhat filtered, as opposed to just sending dust throughout the room. I also have a bladeless fan, so I cut a strip of the filter and wrapped it around the intake vent. It gets amazingly full of dust, so I rinse it off and put it back on the fan. I actually need to reorder for the air purifier, as I was having fun using them around the hose and only have one left!

These filters are just like the filters that came with my Honeywell HPA300. Just as thick and precut perfectly to size. The replacement filters I bought from Honeywell were more expensive, practically see-through, and not cut to size. I highly recommend these instead!

The Altec activated carbon pre-filters fit my Honeywell HPA5350BC perfectly and are priced low compared to the brand name filters.

Filters are folded in halve, this makes it very difficult to install properly.

I reserve my rating on how well these perform until later, but the filters look great appear high quality, fit perfectly without messy cutting and are cheaper than the brand filters you have to cut and piece together. I will let you know how well they perform once they have been working for a while. If all goes well, I will buy more as I have 3 units and like to replace prefilters regularly to preserve the interior, more expensive filters behind.

*TLDR = does the job, removes odors, gives you black hands, will buy again.I use those to remove foul smell of abs when 3D printing. It does work it’s purpose and you get a ton of back up when the first batch in use start to let foul smell out again.They will give you a black hand if you don’t put gloves to manipulate it, but not a too hard wash to get rid of that
