Will Woody actually stay in the saddle? (when put on it of course)

Can someone give me the measurements of his hat? I’m trying to find a replacement

The hat is 3 inches and 1 quarter inch vertically(back of hat to front). And 2 inches and 3.3 quarters of an inch horizontal(left of hat to right). I used a regular wooden Fiskars ruler to measure. Hopefully that helps. I just realized I could use the mm side.. Back to front, 8.3 mm, right to left 7.5 mm.

Why is it marked as prime but takes 1-2 months?
