Very good product overall that has lasted years since purchase, good variety of kit that is easy to use.

This piece of equipment helped with improving my grip strength after having prp done on my tennis elbow injury.

This grip trainer is a pleasure to have, the only complaint I have is that the rubber attachments that train the opening of your hand by attaching to your wrist via a velcro strap. These rubber attachments are likely to snap as the one did in my case.

This kit was a good choice for a newbie as it provides a range of different ways to exercise hands. Bought for my son who has hemiplegia, he uses all but one regularly.

The entire set is ok, but the grip gun is worth the money. It only goes up to 60kg so will need to upgrade but definitely worth it if you’re trying to maintain grip strength in general and the rest of the stuff you can put to use.

Got these to use while in online lobby’s waiting around just to keep me entertained. Fun grip strengthening kit. Gets the whole family doing them to see who has the strongest grip haha. Nice quality. Would be a nice touch if they came in a carry bag but other than that, can’t complain!
