In pain. Probably ordered when injured already… otherwise you would have one. Good item with effective results for soothing, calming and cooling inflammation and injury. Strap to help hold against in place. Should be 10% of the price when not injured and 200% when you are…. So ok balance probably fair.

This shoulder ice pack is well‑made and fits comfortably. The wrap stays in place, and the gel pack gets cold fast and stays cold long enough to give real relief. It also works well when heated, which makes it useful for different types of pain. I found it really helpful for shoulder soreness and injuries. A solid therapy wrap if you need reliable hot/cold relief.

A lifesaver after a rotator cuff injury.
I bought this along with a brace for my shoulder that is made to hold a cold pack like this. After a small fall where I injured my shoulder, this has been ever so helpful. The brace holds this in the perfect place over my rotator cuff. It will last up to at least two hours (probably less in the summer). That's long enough to do my range of motion work, go shopping or whatever I need to do. Well worth the price.
