For what this cost it is amazing and your young one will love it

Been amazing, the batteries aren’t the best but it’s fast controls well and my son loves it! Small and strong we’ve knocked it into a tree and the house (a few times) still looks great and handles the falls nicely!

"Access to this website is blocked". That's what it says when I tried to get product help. Got this for my son for Christmas. He loved it. Then on about the third use, he went to turn it off and one propeller kept going. We literally have to remove the battery to get it to stop. However as soon as you put the battery back in that one propeller turns right back on and won't stop. I had read other reviews saying how helpful this company was. I am not seeing that.
