I spent ten years washing each dish by hand or running my dishwasher when I really didn't have enough dishes because I could never find a sink stopper that worked. I would start with a full soapy sink and it would always slowly drain out. It got so bad that I just stopped using. It. This little gem changed all that! It does exactly as advertised. Easly to install (just put it in) and the basket catches all the yucky stuff. Push the center button to open and close. I can't believe it! I love it!!!

This thing is freaking amazing. I had bought one of the ones that you stick in the sink and you twist it right to hold water and left to let out the water and I thought it was going to fit my sink, but it didn't and it got stuck. I had to pry it up and I broke my fingernail in the process. So, after dealing with my previous one for way longer than I should have, I went on the hunt for something similar but that would fit my sink in my mobile home better.I came upon this and at first I was skeptical that it was going to fit, but it's a perfect fit and I love that you can remove the strainer and still hold water in the sink and you don't have to take the entire thing out to let water out. This is very well made and I would totally buy this again if need be! I will definitely recommend this to others. Love the design!!

What a great sink strainer! I have struggled forever with those Home Depot sink strainers that only work perfectly for a few months and then they either won’t hold water or holds instead of allowing it to drain.This 3-in-1 strainer is the perfect solution. It fits Perrin a standard kitchen sink drain, is a push down to hold water and another push down to release . It catches the stuff that does not need to go down the drain and is easy to clean out. Highly recommend this kitchen sink strainer!

I bought It to replace one I must have thrown out when cleaning it. It doesn't match my other sink side but that's okay. I'll get used to it. The price was right. I'm bummed because as I went to write this review I saw a 2 pack for just 2$ more - and then they would have matched. My only complaint so far is the strainer is slightly domed so the sink water does not drain 100%. But like I said, the price was better than replacing the entire drain, which seems to be the only way to get a perfect match.

I have had several other types of sink water stopper, but this is by far the best. I love the fact that you don't have to remove any of it to hold water or to let it out, all you do is push down on the center button and turn on the water and to let the water out, push on the center button again. The drain filter is separate from the whole unit which can stay in the sink while removing the "trash" filter. I bought one, and when I saw how well it worked, I decided to buy another one.

This works better than the mesh food scrap catcher that I had on my sink drain. Running water pushes all the scraps into the catch and they don’t end up going down the drain. I hope the plastic food catch holds up as it doesn’t look too sturdy. The rest of the drainer has a good suction to hold it in place.

I wish I had this years ago. Water is drained always, without me having to physically take it out of the sink, and the few times I need to fill sink, I push down. It never needs to be pulled out, except to clean. I couldn’t get the old strainer/stopoer to let water to ever drain! It went in the trash!

How am I just finding this? I've tried numerous sink strainer/stoppers over the years, none really work. This thing is awesome! I tested it by leaving water in the sink for hours...no leakage at all. Pop the center and it all goes out quickly. No more moving the strainer half-way out of the hole so the water goes, then half the food particles go down the drain. This puppy stays right there and when you take it out to dump it, the stuff even dumps out of it very easily, not much sticking in holes.
