Excellent Skin Product but Tastes Like Glycerine
This is a great skin product. The oil is completely clear, the spray gives a good amount and it spreads really well and easily. A little goes a long way. It leaves the skin feeling moist and refreshed with a coolness to it, if a little, very little, tackiness. I use it all over, including my face. It seems to help with heat-induced leg ache, which completely went after a few days. My legs have no dry skin and my face has fewer fine lines. I also use it on my husband and massage it in all over, especially his legs and feet. He loves the sensation and says his feet hurt less since we've been using it.The ingredients are listed as Magnesium Chloride Brine, which suggests it should taste rather salty, yet it actually has a sweet taste and a sensation on the tongue identical to Glycerine. Glycerine is widely used as a skin conditioner,so that is not a problem but it should be listed as an ingredient. The expiration date gives three years, which is excellent and it won't last that long in our house. The product is excellent and I heartily recommend it.

Would recommend to help sleep
Having read about the benefits of using on feet and legs, to help sleep before going to bed at night I was rather dubious about the claims. However have been very pleasantly surprised and found yes, this does seem to help me, and yes I would recommend.

Caused no irritation and has no added fragrance
I had not come across Magnesium spray before and had some vague remembrance of Epsom Salt baths being good for easing aching muscles and Epsom salts having something to do with absorbing magnesium, so I thought this might save me having to run a bath by being able to just apply the spray directly to parts of the leg, foot or ankle. I get sore feet and ankles, so was keen to give it a go. I must admit I quite like this stuff. It seems slightly oily but seemingly it isn't an oil just feels like it due to the Magnesuim Chloride in it. When first sprayed on it can be massaged in gently and easily, but it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave my skin feeling oily, just softer. I also think it did work, although it is difficult to be subjective about how effective it is. I felt it did help with my sore feet after a long walk, and I tried it on my aching knees. It has caused no irritation on my skin, which is a relief as I have sensitive skin and any perfumed products cause my skin to feel itchy. On the eco side, it comes in a glass bottle, hooray! One less plastic bottle for the ocean. It says it is cruelty free, but I don't recognise the bunny logo it has on it, but maybe this is just the manufacturers own logo and there are so many these days it is difficult to work out. Also that it is vegan. The product is from Co Cork Ireland according to the box. It also has a leaf logo on it with "ingredients" which I suppose is to indicate it is natural. It lists its ingredients as Magnesium Chloride brine, which I think is just Magnesium Chloride in water. On the whole I am pleased with this and would try this sort of spray on product again. It says it helps with sleep too, so I will see how that goes too!

Magnesium spray
I have seen a lot online lately about the benefits of topical magnesium. I sometimes have problems falling asleep and have had muscle stiffness in my legs on occasion. I have previously tried magnesium tablets but they didn't seem to make a difference, so I thought I would try the spray instead. The spray is well packaged and comes in an amber glass bottle which should mean the solution is better preserved and won't be affected by sunlight etc. The sprayer works well and emits a good spray of product. The spray doesn't have a smell and doesn't leave any residue or stickiness on the skin. I haven't noticed any staining to clothing either.I have tried this for a couple of nights on my feet and I can't say yet whether it has helped, but it doesn't seem to have caused any adverse effects. I have also tried it on my legs and I haven't had the pain since using it, but as this comes and goes I can't say if the magnesium spray has helped.I'm going to keep using it and hopefully over time I'll be able to say if it has made a real difference or not.

Good for restless legs
I have awful restless legs at night time but a couple of squirts of this helps calm them and ease the intensity. It comes in a handy little bottle which is easy to use.I recommend keeping it in the bathroom as you do need to wash your hands after use.

Nice feel
I've read a lot about the benefits of magnesium for sleep and anxiety so I was keen to try this. I started off by following the instructions and applying it to my feet but then I noticed the cream carpet in our bedroom next to my side of the bed was starting to go brown so now I apply the oil to my arms. I don't know if I feel any different but it's worth a try. The price of this product seems reasonable to me and represents value for money. Just remember though if you're going to apply to your feet remember to put on socks!
