reduces chronic spinal pain issues
this has helped on recommendation my chronic back painit is not a cure but seems to make issues manageableforgot to keep taking (usual stupidity I felt better so stopped using) and back to original levels of discomfort ie struggling to walk stand breath - correct using againhelps me no obvious side effects other than cost to pocket

It works for me
Last year I had breast cancer, with a positive result, however with the treatment I was on, I had lots of aches in my joints and bones, I was told by the breast nurse about this product. After about 12 days I felt an improvement and have continued to use it, this really made a difference to my wellbeing and would suggested to at least try it if you have had the same condition as my self.

If you are prone to drowsiness, dont take this product
I got this product in the hope of alleviating my knee pains. I took it for 3 weeks every day in water as recommended but something in my system obviously did not like the silicon in the product. The effect ha Body Elements had on me was chronic tiredness. I wold sleep well at night, get up and take dogs for a walk, come back and eat breakfast then fall asleep for 3 hours. Wake up then fall asleep for 45 minutes and so it continued every single day until I stopped taking the product 3 days ago. Since stopping, I am back to normal, not falling asleep and my energy levels are back. Maybe my metabolism wasnt compatible with the silicon as the other ingredients were natural supplements. It puzzled me but rather than struggle on, I stopped. Perhaps the manufacturers should put a disclaimer on the bottle that it can cause drownsiness and driving is not recommended. I am sure it will work for many people but it wasn't for me.
