Improper customisation and waste of money
I ordered this product as a wedding gift for a friend. For customisation I had given them the names of bride & groom, but when I received the product, as seen in the picture that I have attached, they made it with only the groom's name twice! The design of balloons is also completely different than what was displayed in the product while ordering. Also, in the product picture, the lit lamp showed "yellow" light, when tested after receiving, it's a white light lamp. The very same day of receiving the product, I raised a "replacement/refund" query but neithe the seller nor the amazon customer service team has gotten back to me for the entire week. I tried getting in touch but all efforts went invain. Please do not buy this product as they do not deliver as shown in the product display, infact, there will be errors in customisation and you won't get any solution to rectify the error ever. Wastage of time and money.
