Which sanders do these discs fit?

The discs are 150mm (6") in diameter and are suitable for most 6" sanders, especially random orbital sanders.

Can the type of each disc be identified by the color?

No all discs are the same color, each grit is plastic wrapped separately with a paper label indicating the grit. You will have to get creative to keep them separate after opening. Except for the obvious heavier grit discs.
