Nordic Ware Formed Bundt, 3 Cup, Twilight Blue

This makes a really cute half-size Bundt cake. It’s the perfect amount for 2-4 people, maybe more if you had a big meal! I sprayed it well with baking spray containing both flour and oil, and the cake released easily. It was also super easy to clean up because of that. I always hand wash my Bundt pans. It takes exactly half of a batch of batter, so I bought another 6-cup capacity Bundt pan with a different design to use when I want to mix up a full batch of batter. Otherwise, you can half your recipe, and it’ll be just the right amount of batter for this pan. It’s a bit pricy, but the pattern on the cake is sharply defined and looks good. The color is unremarkable, but that didn’t matter to me. It’s fairly lightweight, but it was packaged well for shipping and arrived undamaged. I wish they made more patterns in Bundt pans this size. For those who gave it low ratings because it’s lightweight, READ the description! It’s intended to be lightweight, so buy the more expensive cast aluminum one if you want the heavy one! This one bakes evenly and makes a beautiful cake. I highly recommend this one! For those concerned about how this material will last, I have a full-size Bundt pan in this material. I’ve used it often for many years. Just recently I noticed some of the outside paint is chipping, but the inside is still perfect. I have always hand-washed it, and I recommend that for all bakeware.

Love this little bundt pan. It is a great size if you don't want a whole cake and can be used in most toaster ovens. The cake came out cleanly, no sticking and every easy cleanup (I made my own butter - oil - flour in equal measure mixture, to lightly coat the pan and it worked like a charm). Recommended!

Very light weight, thin metal. I thought Nordic Ware made more sturdy things. Looks smaller than I imagined but fit for purpose all the same. Pretty shiny blue.

Half-size bundt pan making easy-to-share size. I bought two and love them! As others have mentioned, they are much lighter than what I expect from Nordic Ware, but they bake and release beautifully.

Perfect not so mini Bundt pan for a countertop oven. Typical high quality Nordic Ware. Very happy with the perfect cake release.

When a full-sized bundt cake is too much! This is the perfect downsize for bundt cakes when you are not feeding a large crowd. The pan has a non-stick surface, but I sprayed it with Bakers Joy for extra non-stick insurance. The cake came out of the pan perfectly!

Die Qualität lässt hier sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe mehrere dieser Backformen, diese sind allerdings in Gold und das Material ist wirklich klasse.. Diese Form hat leider nichts von der üblichen Qualität, die ich von Nordic Ware erwartet habe
