I love these alot I think they work very good

I like that it's easy to get the health benefits from apple cider vinegar without having to drink it or add it to something. These are capsules and the serving size is 3 a day so the bottle will last for 40 days. I have not had any bad reactions while taking these. There is also added vitamin D and Zinc.

These are an overall good dose of ACV, but you do have to take 3 per day. You can take them all at once or you can choose to take them 3 times per day (1 at a time). They are capsules. I thought they had an odor to them but they did not give me heartburn which i usually get when trying to do ACV. Overall happy with these and i hope that with continued use, i will get relief and not have to take OTC heartburn medication.

Most ACV supplements don't have as much ACV as I prefer. It has so many benefits, I look for the capsules with the most ACV in them. My last supplement I chose did have a slightly higher dosage whereas these only have 1877mg. That's still a lot, but they also contain 30mcg of D3 and 13mg of zinc oxide. Both have benefits of their own. You take 3 capsules of these in one serving. That's what my old supplement was as well, so I didn't mind. At first when opened the bottle, I smelled the inside to be sure I'm getting real ACV. That's a good way to tell. The strong vinegar odor burned my nose. It's the real deal for sure. You can smell and taste the ACV when you take these. I wish I was bold enough to drink real ACV, but the taste is awful. These aren't as bad as drinking it, but it's pretty close. I try to swallow them fast and chase them with something that tastes better. I can rest assured that I'm getting a good ACV supplement with these though.

I actually got these for the Zinc... been wanting to get more Zinc in my diet and these seems like a great way to do that. The ACV and Vitamin D are just added bonuses. Love that the ACV is sourced with the mother and if you do any research you will find that the mother is what helps with digestive issues.

These capsules make it easy for tou to get the health benefits of Apple cider vinegar without having to deal with the taste of it. I do not like that you need to take 3 capsules per day for a full dose, as it may be hard for some people to swallow capsules. So far I have noticed a change in my metabolism since starting these, but will continue with the whole bottle to see what it can do for me.

sour aftertaste. good dosage and I love the other added vitamins you get from taking this. body feels overall better taking this. I feel all the benefits without having to take the actual product.
