Natural Bentonite Clay | For External Use Only | Facial Treatment, Hairmask (3.52, Ounces)

I use bentonite clay in my soap recipes because it provides a fantastic slip and feel to the lather. A little really goes a long way. I have yet to use it as a facial treatment or hair mask, but I can imagine that being really nice too. Clays have a great ability to absorb oils, so there are many ways of using it to improve the look and feel of your skin.I used this clay in my favorite cold process soap recipe and it turned out absolutely fantastic. I normally buy in larger quantities for greater savings, but if you just need a small bag, this is a great option. Highly recommended.

I suspect this is not authentic or not pure, as it has an unpleasant chemical odor similar to a soap fragrance. I have used bentodite clay before, and this is quite different in color and never had a bad odor. I am not going to be using this.

Love this stuff. My husband makes the BEST charcoal soap with bentonite clay, and this is good stuff. You can make masks and other skin treatments with it really easily as well.Great value for a small package of it.
