This product is a miracle. I have been using many Ayurvedic products & believe that this can cure many other problems in your body apart from what is mentioned on the package. I can tell you that it can detox, pull out heavy metals, gas causing bacteria, stops stomach bloating, purifies blood, removes unwanted chemicals in your stomach. This can also be used to brush your teeth to whiten it to snow white, in some countries it is also used as facial mask which will pull out all the toxins, dust & oil from your face. I have been using activated charcoal for ten years now.. it's a must in my cabinet. It helps with digestion and many gut issues. Many times the root cause of headaches has to do with bad stomach. I find that taking two charcoal capsules with magnesium and lots of water gives relief very soon.remember to take it at least couple of hours away from medicines or supplements. I use charcoal poultice from charcoal powder too to treat toe fungus stomach ache etc. As for this particular brand I have been using the same brand from the same seller health-mall.in since five years. Their service is always prompt and helpful.i love natures way charcoal.

I find this Activated Charcoal to be good and works very well for Gas and Digestive Tract issues..Also good for removing heavy metals...with a detox, if you are on a special cleanse diet. Another good use is when traveling to countries where the water and or food could even be bad, may help facilitate the removal of the issues by binding and moving through the system faster.
