Product is very good.Its easy to use. Liked it.

Everything is good, even the purified water taste, the only negative is the water filling system, you can't pour more than 500/600ml into the top cup before it's passes through to the upper tub. It's very slow and Irritating as it is a manual process as it is a gravity purifier.

the product is good you won't have water leakage problem from joint of the container as with tata swach desire because this one is fully in one shape there is no joint between container. One lower container is big and the upper container come inside the lower one so no water leakage problem. Just very time consuming to refill because it clear initially water in upper container so it takes time to refill i don't like it to refill at all had to compromise with it refill. Update: after using 6 month this turns out to be worst water purifier water stop each week going from upper container to lower container even though i Purchased new cartridge after one month facing this isse in new cartridge as well. water is not going from upper container to lower each week you have to clean cartridge what is this? and also when you fill the water you have to fill it very slowly worst

Faced lot of issues from day 1. Contacted customer support in Sep got reply in Dec last week. Everyday got gentle response from company and every time I had to explain the same history and problem. At the ens they said ‘we cant arrange a eng to your location for this product, you need to take it to the nearest centre.’ After al this a family friend helped us resolve the issue and finally got it working Also the upper container fits inside the lower container, hence the lower container capacity gets reduced. Upper container is very small have to keep refilling the container frequently to fill the lower container completely

Not expected from kent and I think I have wasted money on this worst product,water flow rate is approx 1 drops in 2 sec ,i have cleaned it 5-6 times since last two months after purchase still same condition after 3-4 days. Earlier i was using HUL pureit and never faced such issue.I won't recommend this product
