Good exercise
Excellent ! for anyone one a bit stiff. Very heavy to move it about but well made and strong. Can sit and watch TV or read at the same time while exercising.

It work's
I found this exorcise machine works really well and so easy to use it's given my legs a good workout. The quality is excellent it's portable but quite heavy it does have straps to keep your feet/shoe's in place. It does have speed control and comes with a remote control to set speed and distance and I thought it was good value for money if you are like me just looking to get a bit fitter then you won't go far wrong with this product 😉.

Robustly made and heavy enough to stay where it is put.
Large platforms for my large feet. Velcro straps are little awkward but work well enough. Large range of operating speeds very good. I'm using mine to aid recovery from a total knee replacement and undoubtedly it is helping.

easy to use and setup and conceals under the desk well, various difficulties to cycle through, keeps legs active while sat in the office, good value for money
