What a great purchase this was! It arrived at my door in perfect shape. The packing and insulation was excellent, not a scratch anywhere. I was able to easily hook up the intake hose with the adapter to my bathroom sink. I recommend that when tightening the adapter onto the machine, if you can do it tightly just using your hand and you don't have a problem with leaks, it might be better than using the wrench which might cause you to over tighten it and strip the connector. I've been using the machine for about 2 months and I must say when I first got it I was a little bit nervous about that control panel with all the options but after using the machine a few times it was very easy to figure out how to use it without looking at the instruction booklet which may cause more confusion than if you just try it by trial and error. I can really appreciate all the options that are available on the panel. I actually like the gray color that gives it a somewhat "designer" look as opposed to typical white appliances. Although the exterior is plastic it's a very durable plastic and actually helps to cut down on the weight of the machine and make it very easy to move, although I did purchase a separate roller platform which I highly recommend.

Okay I just got this today admittedly but immediately I am in love. This was delivered via UPS and my driver even brought it upstairs for me which was so unexpected and incredibly helpful! It’s not as heavy as expected so I don’t think it would’ve been too bad to carry up myself. Set up time legitimately took 10-15 mins!!!!, and I have already washed two loads of laundry. Thankfully my sink fits the inlet hose perfectly. This thing fit a lot more than I expected and the reviews aren’t lying when they say everything comes out so dry it’s crazy. My only concern is my bathroom sink is a little slow to drain but I have other options if need be. I almost went for one of those switch-them-yourself washers and I am so happy I went for this instead for maybe $50 more. Will update if anything goes wrong but this is currently making my day, week, month, year and I am so thankful I took this risk.

I’ve never purchased a portable washing machine before. This machine is impressive. There isn’t much to put together except the plate on the bottom of the machine which is easy. It does the job. Gets my clothes clean quickly, and basically spins them almost dry. The fitting for the water intake only fits on my kitchen faucet so you may need another fitting to get it to fit on a bathroom faucet.BE SURE to secure your drain tube. The water rushes out so fast, which is great bc no water is left, but it drained onto my floor the first time I used it. Now I secure the drain tube and wrap it around the handle on a bottle of detergent.

YouvCANNOTFIND a lint filter that breaks after a month. Have ordered several, none correct and ZERO customer support !!!The washer works okay tho leaks at inlet and outlet despite plumber tape,but the lint filter will break quickly and then you have to deal with the company support website?Nothing is more irritating than them asking for literally 10 minutes of information from you to ask a simple question and when you search for something as simple as replacement part the search doesn't come up with anything- even portable washer it's a horrible website.Just going to take my chances and hope that what looks to be the same part on Amazon is the same part.

I live in an apartment on the third floor so I had to carry it up the steps and it is heavy but not too heavy. I connected the hose to my kitchen sink and the drain pipe to the dish rack ( that’s the only way it’ll drain without it spilling on the floor ) I’ve washed about 5 shirts & 2 pants at the same time and used the air dry mode and my clothes came out amazing It does dry your clothes quickly. It functions really well the washability is great. Im about 5’4 the machine sits at my waist level as far as the size of the machine. When it ends the noise level is kind of noisy. If you live in an RV , college dorm, or small apartment or even like me pregnant and live on the third floor this does help TREMENDOUSLY.
