These helped with my knee pain. However, after a while, it felt like my blood flow was being cut off. And before you side-eye me, I have really skinny legs and knees LOL Like, I feel like these are for a child’s knees.

Of course it doesn’t work! It’s just a rubber band under your knee. But apparently people believe it works, lol!

My son plays basketball and started using these last year. He wore them all basketball season and decided to wear them during track season too. He said they definitely make a difference. When the first pair wore out he wanted the exact same ones again.
