Quality sound transmit andReceive.Ear piece comfortable.The color green is muted but in support of Irish Rugby, Irish fut bol etc I just go with it.Case is good. Charging good. Long duration use.My test with a helper notes:Using phone speaker (iPhone) was louder for 2nd partyThe device was softer for transmit but clearer quality.For me using the device I could hear better and was more private.I prefer the device to the speaker.

I love the color of the device and the look. It hooked up to Bluetooth no problem and I can use it on my Mac, my work computer for answering calls & my phone. I don’t know if I received a defective product or if this is normal, but it keeps cracking and popping in my ear at random intervals. It’s loud & kind of hurts my ear when it happens. There’s also always some kind of feedback/noise when I’m not talking on it. & it does cut out when speaking with some of my customers. I wanted to use it all day at work but I’m not sure if this is going to be replacing the headset my company provided. Super sad because I love the color and look but the cracking/popping noise & cutting out of people while on the phone isn’t ideal.

The battery life on HEIBAS Bluetooth Headset is much longer than expected! It came fully charged. I love the auto-off feature when not in use- this conserves power and helps lengthen time between recharges. It was very easy to get setup and connect to my phone and computer. The green color is attractive and unique. There is a slight fuzziness in the audio and I do wish the noise cancellation performed better, but at the price, this is a great device to go handsfree for working all day in meetings or driving.
