When I did some research on gravity/weighted duvets, yes, I was skeptical regarding the alleged benefits. However, I was experiencing back pain, and so I was willing to try out anything that might help my disturbed sleep. I bought this particular duvet because it had very good reviews and stated that it was made with glass beads rather than poly beads (the glass beads are supposed to be ‘quieter’ than the poly meads when moving around in your bed). The guidelines on the purchase of a weighted duvet recommended that I ordered a duvet according to my weight, which is what I did. First of all, this duvet is very well made. On the first night, I was wondering whether I would be able to sleep under such a heavy, weighted duvet. What a surprise! I actually went to sleep faster than I normally do. I also had a deeper sleep. By the second night, I was already used to the weight of the duvet. By the third night, it felt completely natural. So, yes, I do sleep better with this duvet. I now always wake up feeling that I have had a great night’s sleep. I could not imagine going back to a normal duvet!

Bought this for my partner during Black Friday and it seems to be having the desired effect as she is definitely sleeping better. It is just about big enough to cover both of us, but I'm not keen so let her cocoon herself in it! The grey colour looks stylish although it is quite difficult to make the bed now as it's too heavy to shake out like a normal duvet. Really pleased with how it works though and would recommend to others.

It does help me to sleep and is very comfortable.

Bought this cushion for a day bed. It is a little bit pricey but comparable to others available from Amazon so must be the going rate. It is super comfy and am considering buying another one as there are squabbles as to who gets to use it!

Not sure it's doing what it's supposed to do, maybe should have paid more for a higher quality and heavier one

Very nice quality support pillow firm but extremely comfortable plus you can wash the cover just what I wanted. Again delivered with speed well done Amazon.
