Great bike for the cost.
This is a good bike for the price and after a month of ownership and 300 miles I don't have many complaints. Here are the ones i do have.Customer support is simply you email someone and they get back to you. They did get back to me the following day but theres no website view or phone number to call. I asked about a maintenance manual and a parts/accessories catalog. The person replying was confused by this question and asked, what was wrong with the bike. I took that as there isn't either of those and basically your gonna have to go to another source for any accessories.I mentioned that the brakes squealed quite loudly when applied and was given a link to a YouTube video of general disc brake adjustment. In a nutshell customer support as far as maintenance goes, is youtube and google.Other minor things. The seat may look comfy but its not. Had to retighten the handle bars about 3 times now. The front fork suspension bottoms out fairly easy.

Looks to be a great value.
Motor info is confusing on the listing. Says 1500w peak but I don't think that's the motor rating. I can't tell if it's 1000w, 1200w or what. As long as it performs as advertised it should be alot of fun.

Very fast
I just got this bike today and wow the build quality is amazing. Time will tell if the battery will hold up but it’s a good bike let alone the electric part. I’m 6’ 240 and I was flying at 31mph throttle only. Very happy

Good solid bike and fast
I bought this bike because it was a fat tire bike and step through , they said it would do 35 mph and it does on the flat road near my house in 2nd gear pedal assist 5 . the bike is heavy which I don't mind , it is very stable at full speed . I did not think their customer had it together there were a couple of small issues like rear fender alignment and a couple assembly questions . Every time I had a question they wanted the order # again . all in all a very fun and solid bike .

First ebike
Just assembled and took my first ride. Impressive. Could use a seat that sits back a bit further. Overall, very happy. Liked the first 2 so much, we bought a third for family and friends use.
