Gentle push
Great item, always had problems moving our heavy Oak dining table, it was easier for two people to lift it when it had to be moved.We were recommended to use these Gliders, they make the world of difference.50x50mm was slightly smaller than the base of the table leg, perfect fit.I used screw on, I think that self adhesive may pull off when pulled over an uneven surfaceNow every item of movable furniture is fitted with Gliders.

I bought these for my really heavy oak coffee table and they do make it easier to move now.
