Worked out just fine. The instructions say to cut the old pipes. 3. In past the weld of the old catalytic converter; I suggest I only cut it 2 in back because this new one has a pipe that would fit inside of the old pipe. This will give you enough space to put the proper clamp on it. I also suggest that you make two relief cuts parallel to the pipe to allow pipe clamps to close properly around the new catalytic converter.

Always think outside the box.
Product is good but the screws are too big and the threat is wrong on it. I had to reuse the old ones and that wasn't fun since they were rusted and and got a lot heat exposure so it took me a while to to screw them back in with the new catalytic converter. So save your old screws because you never know.
