Review of TESCO Cloud Mist Air Humidifier & aroma diffuser (500ml) Brought for 3499, without any special offer. This is my 4th diffuser and humidifier. PACKING-📦 The box contains- 1. Main Unit. 2. Adapter. 3. Remote controller. 4. Battery (CR2032) 5. User Manual. DIFFUSER- ⚗ The make and design of the unit are simple and elegant. The broad base makes it sit comfortably and lessens the chances of it tripping to the side. 👉The quality of the plastic is nice and the built is sturdy. 👉The tank capacity is 500ml. Once filled it can diffuse mist for 3-4 hr approx (under standard conditions). 👉The remote is small and handy. 👉The front panel has no button but "TOUCH KEYS". So it can be operated without remote also. 👉The beautiful 7 colored light looks beautiful. 👉Auto-stops when the water in the tank is over. 👍USE- Add water and aroma oil. Switch the unit on. Press Light and mist either on the front panel or remote to start them. It is a nice humidifier and aroma oil diffuser. The cold mist along with the aroma fills the room and elevate mood. The mist starts as soon as it is started. Noice is very very less. The unit does not produce much heat. 👎PROBLEM- The battery supplied is wrong. ☹️ Provided CR2032 battery is way too big for the remote. (Don't try hard!) 😝 The recommended battery in the manual is CR2025. Overall the product is nice and works very well but a bit costly.✌️ Since it comes with a year warranty, I still have to check the after sale service. Excellent product. Works as described. The container has marking for water level and device cuts off when no water left. The small remote is an advantage to adjust the mist, light or stop it. The material is of very good quality and will not break with use of essence oils. Worth the price. A diffuser with 1 year warrety is a must buy. I have been using for past 1 week and completely satisfied with the product quality and performance. The remote was received without the battery. When reported the company immediately responded and sent it. It shows a prompt response from company.

Love the product but one thing is dispointing that battery not included.

THERE ARE MUCH CHEAPER PRODUCTS IN THE MARKET MUCH CHEAPER & BETTER, NO VALUE FOR MONEY HERE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY SOMETHING LIKE THIS STICK TO A CHEAPER VERSION, OR BETTER STILL YOU COULD GET THE SAME RESULTS WITH A REGULAR FACE STEAMER, ITS ONLY THE QUALITY OF THE OILS THAT HELP. BETTER TO SPEND ON GOOD QUALITY & VARIETY OF ESSENTIAL OILS

The charger heats easily.Black cord on white machine. Simple machine with a large reservoir. Easy to operate. Good diffuser and easy to clean. Tad expensive for the size and quality.

This product buid is good, operation is scilent,different light modes, timing and remote.I enjoyed this produt .i have used this product for 11 months and looks there was minor issue in operation may be problem with on/off button.. i have sent mail to teso and they asked me to send video to watsup numer and they intiated refund in 5 mins. The process is seamless.. entire process was completed in less than 30 mins.. you can trust this product and tescos services

In photo size seems big, but it's too small. It is doing the job and delivering the aroma quickly. It make bit noise of boiling water. Rest is best.... remote function as per the expectation...
