Love the coffee maker
I have been using this same coffee maker for definitely a decade now and this was the first time the unit gave out not because of electrical failure but because of the wear and tear of one of the parts. So I buy this coffe maker for my daily filter coffee fix with complete confidence that I will continue to do so for the next decade and more. Kudos to the company for an excellent product and thank you to Amazon to making it available to me directly to my home this time around.

Severe design and control flaws
Very poor design.Steel carafe is very thin.Electric circuit doesn’t have a separate indicator each for supply and heating.Heating is continuous till the full quantity evaporates and forms condensate over coffee powder holder. An ideal design should have intermittent heating and evaporation to allow condensate to flow through the powder.There’s no provision to keep the decoction warm with automatic switching on the heating circuit for 15-20 seconds at a time after water is fully evaporated.I won’t recommend this product for anyone

Lid issue
The lid doesn't get fixed inside well ,it's just lightly placed on the top where we pour water. Hence keeps on sliding and water remains uncovered at times if we are not attentive to it.Rest all good , been using it for few years .
