Such a fun and unique set
This set is a big hit in our house. Kids get so into animals and getting toys that aren't just the standard lion or tiger completely delighted my child. Schleich can always be relied on for the highest quality and craftsmanship and these are no exception. These often retail individually in the $10 range, so this group is a great value. They are so realistic looking and they withstand all kinds of play and adventure. These make a great gift and they are already favorites in our house and I know we're looking at years of play out of them.

These animals are well made and because they are beautiful and detailed and accurate they are so very fun to play with. Perfect to mix into any game for boys or girls whether it’s blocks or trains or doll house or any other number of games. These animals mix it up and make the storyline fun.

Nice quality and variety, just a little pricy...
Schleich makes nice stuff, and these animals are no different. Solid, nicely detailed, well-painted, etc.The variety is kind of random, but is fun to hand out to kids as a "treat" now and then. My daughter combines them all together in random play scenarios, or puts them in enclosures and pretends they're real animals.Of course, as is always the case with Schleich, the only issue is price. These are expensive! There are other options out there that are much cheaper. But... Schleich does seem to be a step up in quality, so it kinda' just depends on what you're looking for or how much that matters to you.Also, keep in mind these come in individual plastic bags, in a boring cardboard box - not a presentation that's ideal for gifting.Overall, though, recommended!
